During the 2019 draw down and Spring of 2020, the following renovations were completed on Two Tree Island over about 10 weekends:
1.) Removed all the old wooden decking
2.) Used the old wood decking and concrete to fortify the seawall on the west side
3.) Used concrete blocks and concrete to add support to the existing concrete pad on the north side
4.) Leveled the frame on the east side
5.) Rebuilt stairs on the east side
6.) Poured concrete around base of island to shore up washed out areas
7.) Replaced the wood decking with new 2×6 pressure treated
8.) Rebuilt the benches
